APV May Salon at Helen’s

Please join us Monday, March 13th, from 6:00-9:00 p.m. as APV partnering with our sister organization Together Virginia brings you our monthly Salon.

Each month APV invites members and guests to a casual, after work get together at Helen’s Restaurant, 2527 West Main Street, Richmond, VA 23220 for a complimentary light dinner, wine and beer.

Our Guest speaker will be Adria Scharf from the Richmond Peace Education Center. We’ll be talking about the center’s projects. Since 1980, the Richmond Peace Education Center has been an unwavering voice for peaceful conflict resolution, social justice, and nonviolent social change in the Richmond, Virginia region. Over the years the center has evolved, developing new programs and areas of focus to meet new concerns.
